Obituary For Ruth Evelyn Chapaloney

Ruth Evelyn (Rhoades) Chapaloney, 67, Patton went to be with the Lord on February 8, 2023 at home. She was born September 24, 1955 in Tyrone, the daughter of Arthur and Patricia (Sloey) Parshal Rhoades. She is survived by her dedicated and loving husband of 46 plus years Edward Joseph Chapaloney, Sr.; her sons: Edward Joseph (Michelle) Chapaloney, Jr.; Jason Ray (Tracey) Chapaloney; daughter: Christina Ann (Jason) Link; grandchildren: Kendra Chapaloney, Browdy Chapaloney; Dylan Chapaloney; Blake Chapaloney; her faithful loving Great Dane puppy Rocky; brothers and sister: Patty (Tom) Moore; Dave (Marcia) Rhoades; Arthur Rhoades; Tommie (Deb) Rhoades; James Rhoades; several nieces and nephews and many loving friends. She was a 1973 graduate of Bellwood Antis High School. She spent her life as a loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend. She loved spending time with her family, Facebook friends and praising God. Ruth enjoyed puzzles, collecting dolls, stuffed animals, hunting, fishing, Facebook parties and laughing at her dog Rocky, who made her smile. She was a bible believing Christian. Family and Friends will be received from 2-4 & 6-8 pm Saturday at Stevens Funeral Home, Inc. 1004 North Fifth Avenue Patton. Funeral Service will be held 1 pm Sunday at the funeral home by Pastor Bob Beam.     Ruth My Friend, We have gone thur so much over the years .You have been there for me when i was up and when i feel down.. you were the person to told to get up push it off and contuine on..You was the one if had a bad or werid dream i could call and talk to. late night chats or mid morning or afternoon. you was alwasy there for me.u ewvening took a piein the face for me to celebrate my birthday ..we chatted that night before God called you home..whst I am trying to say Dear Friend I misss You so muchand i know that your spirit is still here with me watching over us.
