Regina L. Kirkpatrick, 88, Patton, passed away May 1, 2020 at Maybrook Hills Rehabilitation Healthcare Center, Altoona. She was born January 20, 1932 in Patton, the daughter of John and Mary (Chverchko) Stasko. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by husband Francis J. Kirkpatrick and daughter-in-law Kimberly Kirkpatrick. She is survived by children James E. (Patricia) Kirkpatrick, Conyers, GA; Pamela (Dr. Bruce) Irwin, Knoxville, TN; Bruce Kirkpatrick, Patton; Shelley (Sue) Kirkpatrick, Gallitzin; Sharon (George) Karlheim, Ebensburg; Glenn (Tammy) Kirkpatrick, Leesburg, VA; grandchildren Kevin and Kris Kirkpatrick; Jason and Brian Kline; Jesse Kirkpatrick; Matthew, Ryan and Alex Karlheim; Chad, Courtney and Zachary Kirkpatrick and nine great grandchildren. She was a graduate of Patton High School. She was employed at the Van Huesen Shirt Factory, Patton and attended Altoona Beauty School receiving her beauticians license and was the owner and operator of her own beauty salon for many years. She was a member of Queen of Peace Catholic Church, Patton. Regina loved playing Bingo, cards, fishing, loved her pets and grandchildren. Due to the COVID-19 restrictions services will be private. Interment St. Mary’s Cemetery, Patton. Memorials are requested to the Cambria County Humane Society.
