Obituary For Patricia R. Couturiaux

Patricia R. Couturiaux, 92, Patton passed away December 26, 2022 at home surrounded by her loving family. She was born March 13, 1930 in Philipsburg, the daughter of Ruth Ginnick. In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her 1st husband Herman Eckley, 2nd husband John “Bucky” Couturiaux, son John V. Couturiaux, daughter Joyce Dunlap and grandson Nelson Baker, Jr. She is survived by children: Patricia Diane Baker, Patton; Sandra (Bine, Sr.) Daisley, Northern Cambria; James (Patricia) Couturiaux, Patton; Daniel (Sandy) Couturiaux, Sr., Patton; Lisa (Tim) Smithmyer, Altoona; Craig (Darla) Couturiaux, Patton; 28 grandchildren; 44 great grandchildren; 8 great-great children; brother Edward Adams, Bellefonte and several nieces and nephews. She spent her life as a loving wife, mother and grandmother. Patricia was a member of the Trinity United Methodist Church, Patton. At Patricia’s request viewing and services will be private. Interment Fairview Cemetery, Patton. Arrangements are under the direction of Stevens Funeral Home, Inc., Patton.     To all the Couts that I know ... I knew Mrs. C. for years, in varied capacities. I sold her and Bucky the Courier, and I would drink with both at different "watering holes." However, most memorable, was that Mrs. C thought her sons Jim and Danny, and myself were all CRAZY !! She was right, of course. R.I.P and God Bless from John "Mouse" Rowland
