John J. “Jake” Kalis, 77, Hastings passed away November 28, 2020 at Haida, Hastings. He was born June 10, 1943 in Spangler, the son of John and Martha (Shatrosky) Kalis. He was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his sister Kathy (George) Lubert, Patton; niece Renee Lubert; nephews George J. and Michael Lubert. He was a graduate of Cambria Heights High School. Jake retired as a photogrammetrist after many years of service. He enjoyed fly fishing and hunting. At John’s request, service will be private. Arrangements are under the direction of Stevens Funeral Home, Inc., Patton.
