Jack was a child hood friend for many years. We lived on the same street. We, among others, were The Mellon Ave. contingency. He liked acting tough but one on one he really had a heart of gold. Through out the years we'd cross paths and he was the only person on the planet who called me Jean Ann. I loved it and permitted no one else to do so. RIP ' Al'.
