Jo Anne (Delozier) Joesel, 70, of Patton, passed away April 9, 2025, at home. Born on October 21, 1954, in Frederick MD, she was the daughter of the late James and Helen (Haines) Albright. In addition to her parents, Joanne was preceded in death by her brothers, David and Mike Delozier; and sister Patricia Delozier. Joanne is survived by her significant other, Daniel Selfridge; siblings, Tina Warfield; Andy Delozier; and John Albright (Mary); and nieces and nephews, Scott Warfield (Nicole Settimio); Sherry Eaker (Owen); Shawn Warfield; Brandi Thurston (Cory); Amber Albright; Marc Albright. Great nieces and nephews: Brody Eaker,; Levi Eaker; Lucina Warfield; Athena Warfield; Hunter Thurston; Autumn Thurston; and Stephanie Albright. She was a graduate of Altoona Area High School in 1973. She retired as an administrator at Georgian Place Assistant Living Facility in Georgia after 8 years of service. She was also employed at Rickets Restaurant in Chicago IL. She was a member of SOI, VFW, Moose Lodge in Patton, Bakerton Athletic and Sportsmens Club. She enjoyed fishing, cooking, gardening, canning, decorating, bingo, dancing, playing cards, billairds, and collecting hummingbird figurines.
