Obituary For Jane Louise Hrubochak

Jane Louise Hrubochak, 90, Patton, passed away April 1, 2024 at UPMC Altoona. She was born June 3, 1933 in Loretto, the daughter of Joseph and Marie (Lann) Rudolph. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, William Rudolph; sisters, Dorothy Kapel, Nancy Fritz and Gloria Mundrick. She is survived by her husband, Paul J. Hrubochak, whom she married June 28, 1958; children: Gary (Pamela) Hrubochak, Lewistown; Joseph Hrubochak, New Bloomfield, Pa; Daniel Hrubochak, Denver, Pa; Linda Baker(George Finu), Carrolltown; grandchildren: Bethany (Jake), Tyler (Brittney), David, Rachel, Joey, Sierra, Dylan (Becca), Cody, Hunter, Jenna; nine great grandchildren, one great great grandchild; brother, Robert Rudolph, N. Cambria; sister, Carol McMurray, Buffalo, NY and numerous nieces and nephews. She was a graduate of Patton High School. She was employed at the Van Heusen Shirt Factory for a short time and then spent her life as a loving wife, mother, grandmother and homemaker. Jane was a member Queen of Peace Catholic Church, Patton. She enjoyed Bingo, camping, going to casino’s and scratching Lottery tickets. There will be no visitation. Funeral Service 11:00 am Friday at Stevens Funeral Home, Inc. 1004 North Fifth Avenue Patton, Pa, by Benedictine Fathers. Interment St. Mary’s Cemetery, Patton. In lieu of flowers, memorials are requested to the Kidney Foundation 30 East 33rd Street New York, NY 10016 or St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105.     Please accept my deepest sympathy in the loss of your Mom. She was a wonderful woman. As you know, I grew up on the same street as your mom and her family and I will always remember the fun times and laughter we all shared.
