Frederick P. Farabaugh, 74, Conemaugh, passed away May 28, 2022 at Conemaugh Nason Medical Center. He was born September 26, 1947 in Spangler, the son of Gerald and Agnes (Weaver) Farabaugh. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by siblings: Tom, Mike and Bob Farabaugh. He is survived by children: Michele (John) Foster, Patton; Tammy (Rick Evans) Jackson, Dumfries, VA; Kimberly (Mikie Vargo) Marsh, Johnstown; six grandchildren; five great grandchildren; brothers and sisters: Betsy (Charlie) Krouse, Patton; Marian Dunegan, Carrolltown; Jerry, Nicktown; Pat, Northern Cambria; Jeanne (Wayne) Shaffer, Ebensburg; Charlie, Wesley Chapel, FL; sister-in-law Connie Farabaugh, Loretto and numerous nieces and nephews. He previously worked at Bethlehem Steel and retired from Trinity Steel Mill after many years of service. Fred was a member of the Steel Workers Union. He enjoyed camping, cooking, winter trips to Florida and spending time with his family.
