Obituary For Faye L. Lenglet

Faye L. Lenglet, 79, Patton, passed away July 7, 2022 at UPMC Altoona. She was born March 14, 1943 in Van Ormer, the daughter of Orlando and Katherine (Shomo) Fink. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by son Robert A. Holland, daughter Shirly Fink Glatt, brothers Herb Fink, Jeff Fink and Richard Fink. She is survived by her husband Reynold Lenglet, whom she married August 6, 1959, children: Joshua (Melissa) Lenglet, Reading, Pa; Matthew (Mandy) Holland, Patton; Melony Lewis (Scott), Dysart, Bruce (Jackie) Fink, Northern Cambria, grandchildren: Cody (Holli) Lenglet, Karlee Lenglet, Madison Lenglet, Makayla, Alona, Matthew Holland, Dominick, Chelsea Holland; three great grandchildren; brother and sisters: Shirley Williams, Ray (Sherri) Fink, Gloria Blake, Peggy (Gary) Noel and numerous nieces and nephews. She retired as an LPN from Haida Manor after many years of service. Faye was a very active member of the Patton Trinity United Methodist Church and very active in the Patton Library. She enjoyed gardening, reading, crossword puzzles and spending time with her family. At Faye’s request, there will be no viewing. Memorial Service 11:00 am Wednesday, at Patton Trinity United Methodist Church, by Rev. Paul Demi. Memorials are requested to the Patton Public Library in her memory.     Deepest sympathy to Ren and all of Faye's family. Heaven truly gained an angel yesterday! She was always smiling and caring for everyone. She was a blessing to her church and the Patton Library Board of Directors. She was loved by all and will be missed. Pat Willett

    Our hearts go out to all family members of Faye. Faye was like my second mother when it came to advice. She always had sound Christian values, bould beliefs, a heart of gold, was a wonderful steward of her church, and always ended with a smile. We will remember Faye forever in our lives. Blessings.
