Barbara “Barb” Ellen Istenes, 61, Patton, passed away the morning of January 14, 2022 at home, peacefully . She was born January 28, 1960 in Spangler, the daughter of Richard and Patricia (Hetsko) Weakland. She was preceded in death by her father, daughter Dana Marie Nagle and son Charles “Chucky” Nagle. In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband Rob Istenes, daughter Tisha Kay Nagle, granddaughter Aliegha Welch; four stepchildren; six step grandchildren; brothers and sisters Richard Weakland; Cindy Weakland; William Weakland; Paula (Miah) Keefe; three nieces; two nephews and countless cousins. Barb was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister and aunt who worked as a professional caregiver until enjoying her retirement. She enjoyed spending time with her family. Friends will be received Wednesday from 4:00 to 8:00 pm at Stevens Funeral Home, Inc. 1004 North Fifth Avenue Patton. Interment St. Mary’s Cemetery.
