Steven C. Fisher, 49, Patton, passed away July 5, 2020 at home. He was born July 2, 1971 in Spangler, the son of James T. and Doris Jean (Prevost) Fisher. He was preceded in death by his father, brother Joseph Harbaugh and infant son Jesse. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his children, Steven M.; Ivy M.; James T.; Jacob.; Joshua; Emmalee; Charles and Molly; five grandchildren; brother Martin Harbaugh; sisters Diane Burley, Kathy Bott and numerous nieces and nephews.
